MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING
Mobile personal training occurs at your home, office, or other suitable location. You can save time and money by having a qualified personal trainer come to you, bringing any equipment necessary for the training session. This is best for general strength and fitness, or for addressing specific goals that can be achieved through bodyweight training or with portable equipment.
We might train with dumbbells, kettlebells, standard barbells, TRX suspension trainers, or bodyweight (no-equipment) exercises. We can also use whatever you have at home, whether that just be chairs, benches, or free weights, or whether you have a full home gym setup. You can expect to gain strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness with a variety of training styles.

gym-based personal training
Personal training consists on weekly one-on-one sessions at ALLFIT Takapuna.
Each session is designed around your goals and tailored to your current physical ability. Whether you want to get stronger, work on your lifting technique, discover new bodyweight movement flows, or learn to handstand, this is the fastest and most effective way to reach your potential.

virtual personal training
Virtual personal training is similar to mobile personal training in that it occurs at your home, office, or other suitable location. Sessions occur via videocall, so you can see exercise demonstrations and explanations, and I can keep an eye on your exercise technique. Equipment will only include whatever you have at home already, and workouts can be tailored to the space you have available.
Ahead of our session, I will send you a plan including the exercises we will be doing and the equipment or space that will be required (so you can set up in advance) and Google Meet access code. At the agreed-upon time, you can join the video meeting, and I will take you through your workout!
You will need a suitable device (laptop, tablet, or mobile), internet access, and possibly wireless headphones (depending on how noisy your environment is, or how far away from your device you need to be).
